  1. Natural law is understood and implied; positivist law must be recorded. It is for this reason that men always refer to karma, God or the ancestors/the universal symbols of justice, when served with injustice. Men rely on the unseen to avenge them, perhaps, rightly so. Positivist law only refers to what is passed and recorded. A judge in a court can only rely on the constitution and the penal code. Even in cases where they may rely on natural law, they still coat it with legal clauses to hide the fact that they may have used morality to interpret the law.
